2nd Story Deck Built Over Sunroom

Superior Design Builders was asked to build a 2nd story deck over a sun room.

This multi-functional deck not only provides an elevated outdoor living space perfect for hosting parties, cook-outs and a place to chill; but, by using non-drip through composite decking material, this deck serves as a weather barrier to the sunroom below!

For access to the deck… We removed a window and installed french doors. This project also features exterior lighting and outdoor receptacles.
