Outdoor Construction

If we are able to reach a consensus by phone and you decide you would like to work with us, the next part of this process involves an in-home visit. We will come and assess, take notes, measurements, and determine more fully what your new project will look like. We will further discuss with you and keep you actively involved.

During this time, we will work closely with you to make sure that the design is exactly what you want it to be. The team at Superior Design Builders will work together to ensure that all details come together and the project is truly able to be executed.

All of the time spent on project plans come to fruition in this phase. We will assign a Superior Design Builders employee to head up your project and will do a walk-through with them in the beginning. We will also ensure that you have all required permits displayed in the proper places for the remainder of the project to guarantee legality. We will be in and out of the work site often, this thoroughness makes for great project success. As construction continues, it may, at times, be difficult to have this disruption in your home. But… It will be worth it in the end.

This is the most exciting part! You get to see and enjoy all of our hard work for years to come. If any issues arise, there is a warranty on the project and we will be sure to work with you. We hope that your remodel is something you’re always grateful for!
